▷ A powerful twister carved a swath of destruction through Joplin, Missouri
    yesterday, taking the lives of at least 118 people as it became the deadliest
    such storm on record.

▶ “Noooo smoking!” 서울 광장에서 흡연하면 10만원 과태료
▷ Seoul to ban smoking in parks

▶ 서울시는 다음 달부터 서울광장과 청계광장, 광화문광장 전역을 금연구역으로 지정하고,
    적발된 흡연자에게 과태료 10만원을 부과한다고 밝혔습니다.  
▷ Starting next month, the Korean capital will begin levying a fine of 100,000 won on
    people busted lighting up in Gwanghwamun Square, Seoul Plaza or Cheonggye
    Stream Plaza.
