 Mental health experts warn that deciding to turn over a new leaf could do more harm than 
 good. They say that people should not feel compelled to start the new year with resolutions 
 for self-improvement, such as losing weight or finding a better job. They warn that these 
 kind of resolutions could bring a negative self-image. They suggest coming up with positive 
 resolutions, such as being physically active, learning something new or giving back 
 to the community. 

 정신건강 전문가들은 새로운 결심을 하는 것이 오히려 더 해로울 수도 있다고 경고합니다. 
 새해에 체중감량이나 더 나은 일자리 찾기처럼 자기 계발을 위한 결심으로 불만을 느껴선 
 안 된다 게 전문가들의 충곱니다.  이런 종류의 결심들은 부정적인 자아상을  만들 수 있다고 
 합니다. 전문가들은 운동을 하거나, 새로운 것을 배우고, 사회봉사처럼 성취할 수 있는 긍정적인 
 결심을 하라고 제안합니다.
