▶ 정부는 전력 생산 비용이 오름에 따라 다음 달 1일부터 전기요금을
    인상하기로 했습니다. 하지만 이번 전기요금은 차등 인상을 통해서
    인상폭을 최소화했다고 밝혔습니다.

▷ Due to the rising cost of electricity production, the government
    announced a nominal increase in fees for most consumers
    starting next month. However, the price hike will not affect
    those working in various traditional markets.

▷ No Legal Recourse for Blocking Japanese Ulleung visit

▶ 정부가 독도 영유권을 주장하며 다음달 1일 울릉도를 방문하려는
    일본 의원들에 대해 입국금지 조치를 취하겠다고 밝혔습니다.

▷ In order to bring attention to the Dokdo islets dispute, the
    planned visit to Ulleung Island by Japanese dignitaries has
    raised the ire of Korean officials. However there is no legal
    grounds to hamper their travel plans.
