It looks like Korea dodged a bullet, as Typhoon Malou bypassed the country 
because of a last-second change in its path. 
Last week's Typhoon Kompasu killed five people and 
left 23.3 billion won in damages in its wake.
Koreans probably breathed a sigh of relief after the KMA said Typhoon Malou would veer east, 
with the destruction of  Typhoon Kompasu fresh in their memories.

우리나라를 우회할 전망입니다. 
지난 주 태풍 ‘곤파스’는 5명의 사상자와 233억원 가량의 막대한 재산 피해를 남겼습니다. 
태풍 ‘곤파스’의 엄청난 위협을 떠올렸던 사람들은  태풍 ‘말로‘가 동해 쪽으로 
방향을 바꾸면서 안도의 한숨을 쉬었습니다.
