It was a mild winter day and this evening's temperatures are 
predicted to be even milder than this morning.  
Late tonight, around 9pm, there is a chance of rain in Jeju.  
The mercury is expected to climb up between 4 to 13 degrees.

More clouds are predicted for tomorrow and the southern region 
has a 40 to 70% chance of rain.  
The lows for tomorrow are expected to be between minus 3 to 7 
degrees and tomorrow's highs are predicted to be between 4 
to 12 degrees.
