Four government officials accused of illegal surveillance have been ordered 
by the prosecution to stay put in Korea while it investigates the issue.
They carried out a probe on a businessman who posted a video critical of 
President Lee Myung-bak's government on his blog in 2008.
Now they will be in the hot seat about abuse of power for sticking their noses 
in a civilian's business.
